No Refunds After Service Completion
All cleaning services are considered final once completed. We do not offer full refunds after a service has been delivered.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation or late rescheduling fees are non-refundable.
Service Concerns & Resolution
If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue, which may include a touch-up or partial correction.
Partial Refunds & Credits
In select cases, Fir Brush Cleaning Co. may offer:

These are issued at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds or credits will generally not be issued for:
